·   Served as on-site project manager for a greenfield substation project.

·   Responsible for overseeing all Michels field personnel and subcontractor crews.

·   Submitted daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the customer, which included information on such things as manpower, costs, schedule, safety, and material deliveries.

·   Acted as the main point of contact for the client, quickly establishing and maintaining a prosperous relationship.

·   Served as substation project manager for First Energy's Energizing the Future $2B program.   

·   Responsible for managing the scope, budget, and schedule for breaker replacements, transformer replacements, and other substation system upgrades.

·   Managed a team of engineers, buyers and expediters, and construction field representatives and testing and commissioning teams.

·   Oversaw numerous concurrent projects, from inception to completion, ensuring each project was satisfactorily delivered to the client on time and within budget.
